Please email all information at least 3 days before the memorial service. This will allow time for creation, review/approval, and printing of the programs. 

You may order any amount you want. Typically, families order in quantities of 50.

We make 4, 8, and 12-page programs. All are made with a glossy finish.

YES! This is what we love to do at Programs of love. We want you to receive a fully customizable program that's unique and one-of-a-kind. 

Yes, for 4-page programs there is a 6-picture limit.  For 8-page programs, there is a 12-picture limit. For 12-page programs, there is a 18-picture limit. We ask that you provide high resolution pictures.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required (non-refundable) in order to start the design process. A Draft will be emailed within 24 hours. Final payment is due upon approval of final design. Designs will not begin printing until the final payment has been received. 

Yes, if you need an order that requires quick processing including design and printing, the cost is $75. 

No, we do everything for you. All prices include the design fee, printing, and local delivery within a 25-mile radius. 

Yes, shipping fees are separate. If you require shipping, please call or email us for pricing and coordination. 

Once the design process has started, you can make edits twice. If additional edits are needed, an overtime fee of $25 will be applied for each round of edits after the first two. 

We know this is a rough time and information is most likely coming from all directions. We ask that a single individual serve as the main POC to handle all communications.
